At Pablo's we use quality "fresh", products each and every time. Providing gluten free foods, masas, authentic tortillas, Gluten free & vegan food options. Our food concept revolves around our signature brown rice which is infused with turmeric, garlic & vegetable stock. Our food is simple, tasty, allowing each item & dish to speak for itself.
We cook & marinade local meats in a traditional & modern way. Using free range halal chicken, Angus beef, king fish, flathead & quality vegetables. We prepare & make all our own salsas using natural preservatives not using canned or jarred stuff. Sourcing halal certified chicken, lamb & beef so that everyone can enjoy our meals. You could say that our food is actually pretty healthy containing high fiber, whole grains, vegetable proteins & good fats.
Our STORY
David "Aka" Pablo
Established in 2017 Pablo's kitchen was founded by David Michaels an Entrepreneur & former Chef from Colombia raised here in Sydney since 1986. "Over the years I realized from my travels the need for quality Mexican & Latino classics here in Australia" Dishes like Tacos birria, pastor pork & barbecoa, Arepas Colombianas, Empanadas, Ceviches & South American style barbecue ". "I wanted to show case not only Colombian or Mexican foods but implement a mix of cooking influences & styles from Argentina & Peru with a modern flare." With a broad knowledge, connections & experience, team "Pablo's" can help make your next fiesta a success.
It all started off as a hole in the wall underneath another restaurant with only 16k investment that I made back in my first 3 months of opening. In all honesty it blow up from there. Over the years & as times change we have done several pop ups & have evolved into a high quality mobile office & private catering service. Now in 2024 we are putting a strong focus on dominating the online space for Mexican cooking at home. We prepare food for the masses and dont compromise on quality.
We want you to be able to enjoy yourself at your event and not have to worry about the fuss of doing it yourself. Thats what we are here for. We are specialists when it comes to cooking in bulk and maintaining consistency!
