TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our services are available Sydney wide! We travel as far out as Penrith, Northern beaches, Sutherland shire & the Hills district.
If your delivery is more than 20km out from our location in Leichhardt 2040 (inner west) then we may charge a higher delivery fee to cover the extra toll & distance.

SECURITY DEPOSITS - SAVE THE DATE
If you wish to save the date or book us in advance we require a $250 - $1,000 deposit depending on the size of your event.
This deposit is then taken off the final balance but may be lost and become nonrefundable if you choose to cancel with less than 7 days' notice.
We understand that things can happen so we allow for a 2-day notice for you to be able to postpone for a better date ( DELIVERY ONLY ) OR 7 DAYS NOTICE IS REQUIRE FOR HOSTED EVENTS.
48 HOUR RULE
Unfortunately, if your event is not paid for in full within the 48 hours of it taking place we cannot guarantee availability or on time delivery as we need to organise stock, drivers and labour before your event. We had to implement this policy due to past last-minute cancellations. We hope you understand.
CANCELATIONS
If you have paid a deposit and need to cancel you can do so with 7 days notice, cancelling with less than 7 day notice and we keep the deposit. You can however post pone for another date.
3 MONTHS NOTICE
we do not take on orders with more than 3 months notice unless it is a wedding or function that involves over 200 people.
2 WEEKS NOTICE
We reccomend giving us at least 2 weeks notice about your upcoming event.
REFUNDS
If a refund is processed it may take upto 10 business days to show back into your account or card used.
DRIVERS/DELIVERIES
We use 3rd party drivers (contractors) which do not represent us. We do our absolute best to contract only reliable, presentable drivers but cannot control their own actions. If your order is less than $500 we use contractors like Uber & Didi, these drivers normally call you upon delivery. So please be sure to keep an eye on your phone. Most of these guys will not go into your home or office but will leave the package at reception, ground level or at your front door. For larger orders we use only our own team and these guys will come up to where you are but do not layout the food on your behalf.
COMMUNITY EVENTS
If you are a council or private organiser wanting to book us in for one of your events please be advised that you are responsible for ensuring that you can bring the people to your event. We cannot afford to reject other jobs to be at your event if you dont deliver. So best you dont contact us for these type of food vendor events.
CUTLERY, NAPKINS & PLATES
These are not included in any of our delivery packages but can be arranged ahead of time for a small charge. They are however included as part of our Hosted service. So please organise these yourself.
